Authors Kerrilyn Pamer and Cindy Diprima Morisse share a true holistic, wellness approach to beauty in their book High Vibrational Beauty. They take the reader through a seasonal approach to self care and skincare, guiding the reader into being more in tune with their body and more in touch with the natural world and ebbs and flows of the seasons. Each section focuses on a specific season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and gives related tips and advice for care of beauty, body and mind followed by lots of healthy, plant-based recipes.
What I Think
I really love this book. It’s nice even simply for the plant-based recipes (if you are a plant-based eater or strive to be). There are plenty of DIY beauty recipes and clean, natural product recommendations as well. The book is full of information and new ideas related to wellness. I love it!
Do I Recommend It
If you’ve been reading my blog or know me and you like my approach to holistic beauty, I think you’ll really enjoy this book. If you are looking simply for DIY beauty recipes- maybe not. This book is my favorite natural beauty book thus far.
